Samuel Munyeza

Samuel is a dedicated lived experience consultant with Align Ltd, bringing a strong foundation in public affairs, policy research, and the legal sector. Since joining Align in December 2025, he has analysed and strengthened modern slavery prevention documentation for high-profile clients, including one of the UK’s largest engineering and infrastructure firms, provided experience-informed recommendations to senior stakeholders on HR and supply-chain policies, and delivered specialist Modern Slavery Awareness training workshops to frontline teams on major energy infrastructure development sites.

Before Align, Samuel gained extensive practical experience through policy research and casework as a Research Assistant and Caseworker within the Houses of Parliament, where he conducted evidence-based research, drafted briefing notes & policy recommendations, whilst also supporting stakeholder engagement and community events. He has also interned within the In-House Legal Team at Accenture PLC, as well as held several administrative roles within the Ministry of Justice and several FTSE 100 companies, where he led client communications, local marketing and stakeholder management.


Samuel is an active volunteer with Hestia (since August 2024) and was recently invited as Keynote Speaker at Hestia’s Art is Freedom exhibition alongside Baroness Theresa May, the current chair of the Global Modern Slavery Commission, addressing modern slavery prevention and ethical survivor-led engagement. He is committed to ensuring survivor voices shape policy and practice. The eclectic combination
of frontline consultancy delivery, policy expertise and lived experience allows him to bridge organisational requirements with real-world impact.
