The Very Group worked with Align Ltd to ensure colleagues and partners can identify modern slavery and that the business has robust prevention mechanisms. The survivor input increased understanding from a victim’s point of view, which delivered a deeper understanding of modern slavery and a greater empathy for victims. This enabled the business to build on key strengths and deliver a plan of action.
