Phillip has worked in the third sector for over 15 years, strategically building partnerships and managing collaborative projects with charities, businesses, local and national government departments, universities, and international funders such as the United Nations Victim Fund.

Phillip is the founder and Director of Align Ltd, a Human Rights Consultancy specialising in bringing the valuable insights of those with Lived Experience of Modern Slavery, Human Trafficking, and Exploitation to businesses to help them spot, share and prevent harm. Align has worked with nationally recognised corporate and charity brands.
